Allowing Students to Retake a Course

There are two ways to do this

1. Make the course available for additional years. The disadvantage to this method is that other students could potentially sign up for the wrong course, but this is unlikely.
2. If you are dealing with a single student, allow them to signup for a course that they are allowed to choose, then move that student into the correct course. You do this in the edit courses screen.
